Each SEAD has a 30 day money back guarantee. If you do not like the system for any reason, we will refund up to 90% of the total purchase price less the credit card return fees. You must pay for the return shipping charge and the shipping insurance. Any damage to the machine will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount of the refund is at the discretion of EnergizeforHealth. For purchases outside the United States there is no money back guarantee.
The SEAD carries a 2 year warranty on parts and labor. Warranty begins on the date of shipment. The purchaser will pay the return shipping and shipping insurance to EnergizeforHealth. EnergizeforHealth pays the shipping to return it to the purchaser after it is repaired. This warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling by the purchaser or anyone else who uses the device. Repairs due to mishandling will be billed according to the arrangement between the parties.
